Booking Terms & Conditions

Check in time is 1400hrs and Check out is 1000hrs
Bookings are held 48hrs within which full payment must be made

Cancellation Policy is as follows:
There is no refund on cancellation but you can change date of booking depending no availability. 14days notice is required

Accommodation, Camp or Caravan Sites not taken up by 18:00 hrs on due date will be subject to re-letting. Deposits being forfeit.

Vehicle entry fees are pavable in addition to accommodation/ camping fees/ conservation fees on arrival at the respective park

It is advised that any guest booking Park Facilities should have purchased full comprehensive cover including emergency air evacuation

There are no cot beds for infants aged 0-6years. Infants are not included in the total occupancy

When making a booking include your infant in the total occupancy of a facility for them to have their own bed. Infants do not pay entry fees
